Meizu 21 Specs Confirmed Ahead of November 30 Launch Event

Meizu is gearing up for the official launch of its much-anticipated Meizu 21 smartphone on November 30, and the company has unveiled some key specifications to pique the interest of tech enthusiasts. The star of the show is the 6.55-inch OLED screen, courtesy of Samsung, boasting an impressive “1.5K” resolution. Noteworthy features include SGS low blue light certification and a 1,920Hz high-frequency PWM dimming for a visually pleasing and comfortable user experience. The display is elegantly framed by symmetrical 1.74mm bezels on all sides, enhancing the phone’s sleek design.

At the heart of the Meizu 21 is a 4,800 mAh battery, a powerhouse that, when combined with the energy-efficient screen, the confirmed Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, and Meizu’s OneMind 10.5 AI engine, promises remarkable endurance. Meizu reports that in their rigorous extreme endurance testing, the Meizu 21 lasted an impressive 8.2 hours. In contrast, an unnamed competitor, equipped with a larger 5,100 mAh battery, managed only 7.4 hours in the same test. This highlights the efficiency of the Meizu 21’s power management system, delivering endurance equivalent to or surpassing devices with higher battery capacities.

Furthermore, the Meizu 21 is set to support 80W fast wired charging, as indicated by its earlier 3C certification. This feature ensures users can quickly top up their device, keeping downtime to a minimum. The combination of cutting-edge display technology, efficient battery usage, and fast charging capabilities positions the Meizu 21 as a compelling choice in the competitive smartphone market.

As the November 30 launch event approaches, tech enthusiasts are eagerly anticipating a closer look at the Meizu and its promised features.
