Vivo Y300 GT Launched with Dimensity 8400 and Massive 7,620mAh Battery
Vivo has officially launched the Vivo Y300 GT in China, packing impressive hardware like the Dimensity 8400 chipset, a high-refresh-rate AMOLED display, and a massive battery. Positioned as a powerful mid-range smartphone, the Y300 GT closely follows the design and performance cues of the iQOO Z10 Turbo.
The Vivo Y300 GT boasts a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a smooth 144Hz refresh rate and an eye-searing 5,500 nits peak brightness. It also includes a 16MP front camera and an optical fingerprint scanner embedded under the screen for a seamless unlocking experience.
Under the hood, the device is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8400 processor, coupled with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. On the rear, it sports a 50MP main camera (LYT-600 sensor) and a 2MP depth sensor to enhance portrait photography.
One of the standout features of the Y300 GT is its enormous 7,620mAh battery, ensuring long hours of usage without frequent charging. The phone is available in two striking color options—Desert Gold and Black.
As for pricing, the Vivo Y300 GT starts at CNY 1,999 (around $277) for the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model. The top-tier 12GB RAM and 512GB storage variant is priced at CNY 2,499 (roughly $346).
The Vivo Y300 GT is a compelling option for users looking for a high-performance smartphone with long battery life and a vibrant display, all at a competitive price point.
