Huawei nova 14 Ultra Launches with 50MP Periscope Camera and 1TB Storage
Huawei has officially launched its highly anticipated Huawei nova 14 Ultra in China, alongside the nova 14 and nova 14 Pro. Leading the lineup, the nova 14 Ultra features a powerful 50MP periscope camera, a 6.81-inch LTPO OLED display, and up to 1TB of internal storage—marking it as Huawei’s most advanced nova phone to date.
The nova 14 Ultra boasts a quad-curved OLED display with FHD+ resolution and adaptive 1-120Hz refresh rate. Protected by Kunlun glass, the screen supports up to 5,500 nits of peak brightness. It also includes a 50MP main camera with a variable f/1.4–f/4.0 aperture, a 13MP ultrawide, and a 50MP periscope lens with 3.7x optical zoom. The front features dual cameras—50MP ultrawide and 8MP portrait with 2x optical zoom.
Running on HarmonyOS 5, the nova 14 Ultra houses a 5,500mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 100W fast charging. It’s also IP68/69 rated for water and dust resistance and supports two-way satellite communication in China.

nova 14 Pro and nova 14: Lighter Variants, Powerful Features
The nova 14 Pro comes with a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display (FHD+, 120Hz), dual front cameras (50MP + 8MP), and the same 50MP main sensor with variable aperture and OIS. It’s paired with a 12MP telephoto lens and an 8MP ultrawide camera.
The standard nova 14 also features a 6.7-inch OLED (FHD+, 120Hz) but only includes a single 50MP selfie camera. On the back, it shares the same 50MP main sensor, 12MP telephoto, and 8MP ultrawide combo.
Both models run HarmonyOS 5 and pack a 5,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging. They come with IP65 water and dust resistance.

The entire nova 14 series is now available for pre-order in China, with shipping expected later this month. Huawei has not yet confirmed international availability, but updates are expected in the coming weeks.
