Infinix unveiled its latest smartphone, the Infinix Zero 30 5G, at a grand event held in Venice, Italy, coinciding with the Venice International Film Festival. This selfie-focused smartphone boasts a remarkable 50 MP front-facing camera capable of 4K video recording and equipped with a flash for superior selfie quality.
Under the hood, the Infinix Zero 30 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset. This platform features a robust octa-core CPU with one cluster of four cores clocked at 2.6 GHz. The device offers two RAM options: 8 GB and 12 GB, along with 256 GB of non-expandable storage.
On the rear of the phone, you’ll find a triple-camera setup. The primary camera is an impressive 108 MP ISOCELL HM6 sensor by Samsung, accompanied by a 6-element f/1.65 lens, OIS (Optical Image Stabilization), and PDAF (Phase Detection Autofocus). Additionally, there’s a 13 MP camera for ultrawide shots and a 2 MP sensor primarily included for specifications. The circular flash, named Aura Light, is composed of four LEDs to enhance photography.
The front-facing camera also utilizes a Samsung sensor, the ISOCELL JN1, with PDAF support. Furthermore, a built-in flash is discreetly integrated into the tiny bezel above the screen, providing fill light when needed.
To commemorate its debut at the Venice Film Festival, Infinix introduced the Mobile Vlog Awards (MVA), inviting vloggers to capture their stories using the Infinix Zero 30 5G.
The smartphone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution, a speedy 144 Hz refresh rate, and a responsive 360 Hz touch sampling rate. Its curved sides enhance handling and lend a premium appearance to the device.
The Infinix Zero 30 5G will be available in three appealing color options: Golden Hour, a delightful transition from Gold to Pink Rose; Rome Green, featuring a vegan leather back and golden accents on the frame and camera island; and Fantasy Purple.
Pricing for the Infinix Zero 30 5G starts at approximately $339, although it may vary depending on the market. Specific availability details for each region will be confirmed at a later date.
